Dr. Katja Weber is Professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech. Her research interests center around institution-building in Europe and Asia-Pacific, conceptualizations of sovereignty, and non-traditional security challenges. During the fall of 2008 she was a Visiting Research Scholar at the Graduate School of Law & Politics at the University of Tokyo, and Nov./Dec. 2010 a Visiting Fellow at the EU Center at the National University of Singapore/Nanyang Technological University. She has directed and co-directed numerous study abroad programs for Georgia Tech since her arrival at the Nunn School in 1995.
Dr. Jonathan Huang is currently a post-doctoral researcher at the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs. He is a native of Taiwan. His research focuses on defense innovation and acquisition, military applications and political implications of emerging technologies, and Asia-Pacific and European security issues.
